How it works

    Generate a report and the AI reads every scraped review. It selects 6 to 12 representative quotes (scaled by review volume), balanced between complaints and praise.

    The AI identifies 4 to 8 user personas, each with a name, percentage of the user base, and a description of their behavior and needs.

    Top complaints and positive highlights are extracted with estimated counts, and critical issues are ranked by severity and frequency.

    The full review list is available with filters for rating, sentiment, platform, and full-text search, so you can inspect any review that informed the analysis.
