How it works

   Search for any app by name, bundle ID, or store URL. If your app is on both iOS and Android, nsight detects the cross-platform match and pulls reviews from both stores.

   The AI analyzes every review and produces a structured report: overall sentiment (0–100), trend direction, risk level, and four category scores for Performance, UI/UX, Features, and Stability.

   The report includes user personas, a ranked list of critical issues, pros and cons, representative review quotes, and a recommended action plan.

   Switch between Analytics (charts for rating distribution, sentiment velocity, review volume) and Reviews (filterable list with sort, rating, sentiment, and platform controls) without leaving the page.
