nsight gathers publicly available reviews, ratings, and metadata from the App Store and Google Play Store. We don't access any private user data, everything we analyze is already public.
Reviews are pulled when you generate a report. nsight fetches up to 150 of the most recent public reviews from each store. Data is cached for 7 days, so a new report on the same app within that window uses the cached reviews.
Pro users can monitor up to 2 apps with Pulse and run up to 3 comparison reports per month. Comparisons work by picking from your existing reports, so both apps need a generated report first.
AI reports are deep-dive analyses generated from your app reviews. They surface scored categories, personas, critical issues, and a prioritized action plan. Free users get 2 reports per month; Pro users get 10.
Absolutely. No contracts, no lock-in. Cancel anytime from your account settings. If you're on annual billing, you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Pulse monitors your tracked apps on a schedule: version checks every 6 hours, sentiment comparisons every 3 days. When a change is detected, nsight sends an email notification. Event types include major updates, minor updates, silent updates, metadata changes, and sentiment shifts.
