Feature

Understand the sentiment behind your reviews, not just the stars.

nsight classifies every review as positive, negative, or neutral, scores your overall sentiment, and shows you which categories and themes are driving the mood.

A 3.8-star rating tells you something is off, but not what or why. The real signal is in the language of the reviews: what users love, what frustrates them, and how that balance is shifting.

nsight uses AI to classify every review in your report by sentiment, score your app across four categories, and surface the themes driving positive and negative feedback. For multi-platform apps, you get a side-by-side sentiment split so you can see which store has the happier users.

How it works

  1. 1

Generate a report and nsight scrapes your recent reviews. The AI classifies each one as positive, negative, or neutral.

  2. 2

Your overall sentiment is scored on a 0–100 scale, with a trend direction (Improving, Declining, or Stable) and a risk level (High, Medium, or Low).

  3. 3

Four category scores (Performance, UI/UX, Features, Stability) pinpoint where sentiment is strong and where it needs attention.

  4. 4

For multi-platform apps, a cross-platform sentiment split shows how Android and iOS users feel differently, including shared complaints and platform-specific issues.

Why it matters

Beyond the star rating

A single number hides the story. Sentiment analysis unpacks what users actually feel and why.

Category-level clarity

See whether it is performance, design, features, or stability that is pulling sentiment down.

Platform-specific insight

For apps on both stores, compare the sentiment split side by side to find where each audience diverges.
